WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Reliability: The relationship between homeowners and the Board can be a tricky path to navigate. As manager of your community, it is our responsibility to make sure the needs of the Board and Association are met first and thus hope the needs of the community are reached as well. A management company prioritizes the needs of the homeowners and presents the facts in a way which allows the Board can make informed decisions.

Responsibility: All homeowner concerns and complaints are brought to the attention of the Board. We supply Directors with a board packet for review and discussion at all meetings; meetings we attend. Board packets also include the monthly financial statements.

Dependability: There is always someone in our office to answer the phones Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. When we are out of the office, Wakefield Sharp utilizes a 24-hour emergency line that instantly pages one of our team members. We immediately return all calls and contact any necessary contractors.
Wakefield Sharp provides management, bookkeeping, and consulting services for common interest developments (CIDs).
