Mark Sharp established Wakefield Sharp in 1986 and we have been responsible for providing outstanding, full-service management and consulting since the inception.                                                        
Our experience in multi-family and common interest developments (CIDs) is quite extensive. All of our property managers are Certified Community Association Managers (CCAM) and our financial managers come with over 20 years of specialized accounting and bookkeeping services for associations.
